I've been pretty obsessed with this amazingly beautiful and talented lady for quite some time now, maybe 3 months so far. If you don't know, it's Hilarie Burton. Anyway, once my hair gets maybe an inch longer, I plan on getting a loose perm to resemble this. I know it's corny, but I can't go to a hair salon without bringing a picture.
