Snow Patrol - Crack the Shutters

Where Joe should be living, but isn't. I really loved this place. Those windows are too amazing to pass up, but I guess it's not impossible. No matter what happens, he'll be in Manhattan, so there's no crying about him not living in Brooklyn.

Devendra Banhart - Long-haired Child

Walter Cronkite died a couple days ago. I would have liked to have him as a grandpa or something. It's so amazing that the entire country once put more trust in him than their own president. I bought 3 or 4 VHS tapes about him and I still haven't watched any, but I know I will sooner or later. Anyway, I wish I knew more about him or was around to watch him so I could say something really poetic but all I can really say is I hope he was happy.

The other pictures are awesome.

GE - Joe's AC

These are some pictures Joe took on Fourth of July. We went to Hoboken to watch the Macy's fireworks over the Hudson. We got there way too early and ended up sleeping under a tree for a small portion of the time. While we were setting up our spot to put the tripod and get situated, my Aunt Geri, Uncle Jim, cousin Jennifer and her boyfriend Brian walked by and after I ran over to say hi they decided to stay with us for the night. It was fun, minus the strep throat part.

Bon Iver - Skinny Love

Before I begin, here are some pictures from my digital camera. There are not many, but here they are:
Dan's Homecoming Party at Chris's where Lethal Candle and the Big Dangerous played. John was hanging upside-down from the garage ceiling.

Me and Keri at Danielle's for a random night of Apples to Apples and vino!

Dick, Joe, me, Aunt Carol, Uncle Nick, Aunt Emma for dinner. So cute.

Joseph and I went to South Mountain to check out a specific waterfall. We mistakenly took a little baby one to be the big one and felt pretty dumb when we found the real one just a little down the path. It was fun.

The bride and groom at the wedding Joe (and I) photographed. I only had 4 on my digital camera and even though this one is candid, I really like it!

As much as I want to change the way I do the subjects on this thing, I really like putting up the songs I'm listening to. It's a convenient way to include music, which is one thing I definitely want to keep alive in here. It's strange, even though I'm closer to everything (as in the industries, as in the city), I feel like I was more knowledgeable about music in Arizona. Weird.

Tonight was a very lovely shindig at the Mac's house with some random activities downstairs (as in Janine and Bernardo singing Beatles songs while guys we didn't know played beer pong and rock band). This week I am staying at Alicia's house and then my parents get here on the 8th so I'll probably stay with them for the time my Dad is here, which is until the 12th.

Tomorrow is the 4th of July and I may or may not see Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band and Jenny Lewis play a free show in Battery Park, but I'm definitely seeing the Macy's fireworks over the Hudson River with Joseph so I'm really excited for that!

I'm extremely tired and have a pretty bad sore throat and runny nose so it's bedtime for me. Goodnight!
